* The new resident will take an open-door drug/alcohol test.

* All clothing must be placed in dryer on high heat for 30 minutes before being allowed into the shared space.

* Clothing, shoes, hygiene/toiletries, laundry products, 12-step recovery literature. 

* Move-In Payment of $240 if not previously paid. This includes $100 deposit and first week's rent.

* Valid drivers license or state ID and social security card

*Current vehicle insurance and registration, if applicable

* Medications

* Cell phone, computer/tablet, ear buds or headphones
