RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

* Must be 18 years or older

* Physically and medically stable

* Minimum 30 days verifiable continuous sobriety

* Active involvement in 12-Step Recovery: must attend meetings and maintain a sponsor

* Abide by house rules

* Agree to random drug/alcohol testing

* Participate in weekday morning meditation

* Attend weekly house meeting

* Perform daily chores

* Participate in monthly deep clean

* Employed or obtain employment within 2 weeks


If rent is paid by any means other than employment, residents must volunteer in the community 20 hours per week.

MOVE IN COST

$100.00 deposit and first week's rent of $140.00

Total move-in cost is $240.00


We do not have scholarships and there is no grace period for payment of move-in costs


Rent is $140.00 per week payable in advance on Sunday by 5:00pm
